Background: Vlad Rudnitskiy has over 15 years of experience in law and a strong track record in legal support of foreign investors, particularly in the mechanical engineering and financial sectors. He has extensive experience working on complex cross-border financing projects, business reorganisations and efficient holding structures for inbound investment and for manufacturing operations and distribution activities in Russia. He successfully represented clients before arbitral tribunals (specifically, before the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry), and state commercial courts, including enforcement proceedings of foreign arbitral awards in Russia.
He regularly advises international and European clients in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements as well as in intellectual property issues.
Vlad was recognized by the Benchmark Litigation 2019Europe as the lawyer of the year in Russia, recommended by Best Lawyers® 2022 in the field of corporate law and banking and finance, highlighted by Media Law International® 2022 for his litigation and copyright experience.
He is co-author of numerous articles and comments on various legal topics published on CEE Legal Matters1,2, RBC3, Pravo.ru4 and has also been a speaker at numerous webinars and seminars on different legal topics.
Prior to establishing GRS Legal, Vlad worked for more than 14 years in Moscow office of the leading European law firm where he was part of the management. Vlad has an experience of in-house legal work for a major Russian investment and development company.
