Svetlana also has extensive experience in assisting European banks with financial cross-border transactions structuring local security instruments.
Apart from that Svetlana regularly advises on general corporate, commercial, real estate, particularly lease, and compliance matters.
Specific interest of Svetlana is labour law advisory. Svetlana often represents clients in out-of-court settlements and disputes with employees and senior executives.
